Here's how...
Inch by Inch is passive exercise beds are motorized to mechanically induce gentle, repetitive motion. Each of the 7 different beds works on a specific area of the body, stretching and tightening the muscles without stress or strain for both the front and back of the muscles and organs.
Using a bed for average 8 minutes allows the muscle group to contract over 100 times, providing oxygen and improvement of blood and lymphatic circulation.
This stretching and toning process may result in weight and inch loss. The table movements strengthen and lengthen muscles causing increased flexibility and range of motion. Exercisers do not feel sore, sweaty, or tired because they are fully supported and are not fighting against gravity.

BED 1 - Restoring your blood circulation in 8 minutes
Before we strat with your exercise your Personal Trainer will take your weight, lenght and your BMI - now you will see after every session what your result is ?
Lie gently down on the bed with your hands on your sides and your feet nicely relaxed next to each other. The circulation of the bed restores your blood circulation , remove any excess water / toxics in the body - living a healthier way !
Just relax , when your 8 minutes are done - you will feel a light tingling feeling on the back of the body - NOW your are smiling because bodyfat is becoming loosse in the body - WITHOUT ANY EFFORT AT ALL !!!!!
1 STEP CLOSER ....
All exercising beds are 8 minutes - giving your exercise a balanced tempo where your results will be so mush more in tense .
YES it is as easy as this !!!!!
BED 2 , 3 , 4
(starting from front of the photo)
Bed 2 concentrates on your abdominal muscles, 'love handles' and buttox muscles . We also add some cardio balls where you strenghen your leg muscles and balance .
Bed 3 will offer you flexibility on you lower torso , abdominal and lower back muscles !!!! AWESOME - relax for 8 minutes and see what happens !
Bed 4 focus specifically on your balance when sitting up right on the two pads where it wil move to the opposite direction and cause a walking effect - but guess what you are staying right here with us - going no where ! :)
Adding some streching equipment we increase balance , built muscles and tone at the same time .

BED 5
Bed 5 will offer you the relaxation of exercising your knees and ankles , strenghning the muscles and the joints , helping with any previous sport injuries , arthiritis , excess weight that prevent you from exercising at all !
Lying on your back with your feet on the pads , the bed will do the exercise for you in comfort.
EXTRA :
Add a ball between your knees and work those inner thighs!!!!

Arms :
We also add exercises for the arms whenever we tone or build some muscles !
Abdominal Muscles:
By lying down your abnominal muscles also tone and break down fat .

BED 6
Bed 6 focus on exercising the full leg , hamstring muscle and lower pelvic muscles.
Posision 1
Lying on your back strechting your legs straight on the pads , pointing your toes - you will exercise all muscles in the legs and also the hamstring muscles preventing any problems from having posture problems in the near future.
Posision 2
Lying on your back lifting your knees to a 'l ' shape , where it takes action like riding a bike - once again the bed will do the exercise for you !
Arms :
We also add exercises for the arms whenever we tone or build some muscles !
Abdominal Muscles:
By lying down your abnominal muscles, pelvic muscles also tone and break down fat .

BED 7
Bed 7 is the famous - CRUNCH BED !!!!!! EVERYONE LOVES IT !
Posision
Lying comfortable on your back the bed will lift your legs in comfort and you will only have to
a. breath correctly
b. crunch that abdominal muscle - telling the machine where the focus point should be .
A safe crunch with an awesome tempo which will give you the ultimate result !
Arms :
* Adding strect exercises for toning
* Adding weights to build muscles
* Using the butterfly method to increase strengh on abdominal muscle.
